Member comments "They were great! They finished fixing the toilet and stopper in just over an hour but only billed me for an hour. Mike [Culos, the owner] was very knowledgeable and funny too. He called me over when he discovered the issue with the clogged toilet, and it ended up being that a previous tenant's toddler threw a toy in it [I rent out a single-family home]. As he worked to extract the toy from the base of the toilet, he said, 'Look, a leg.' He said it was 'kind of like delivering a baby' and ended up 'delivering' SpongeBob from the toilet."
