Giuffrida's new home is about 1,800 square feet and has "lots of rooms" and a large yard — about half an acre.
Giuffrida had picked a specific part of town — in the Upper Arlington area — where she wanted to live. "It's in the city and close to everything, including Ohio State and downtown," she says. "It was my target area for a long time. For a while, everything was overpriced, and I wasn't willing to pay inflated prices. That's why it took eight years."
