Angie’s List members agree that Fernando’s House Everything goes above and beyond in giving great service to their customers.

James Stiepen used Fernando’s House Everything to strip wallpaper and repaint his walls. “Fernando’s prices are very reasonable,” Stiepen says. “They also did extra work at no additional charge.” Fernando Corerra, the owner, says prioritizing a job to get it done in the most time-effective way is the key to keeping customers happy.

“I’ve given an estimate of eight days for a flooring job, but have gotten it done in two,” says Corerra, speaking through a translator. “It’s the belief that if you apply yourself to get great work done, it can happen.

“Many times customers have invited me to stay for dinner with their family. That’s the biggest compliment I can get.”

C&M Contracting

Recent reports from Angie’s list members praise C&M Contracting for their attention to detail and thorough cleanup. Charles White recently used C&M to remodel his kitchen. “Charlie and Michael [Otero, the owners] are great guys. They’re professional, always on time and very meticulous,” White says. “The final results were outstanding.”

As co-owner of C&M Contracting, Charlie prides his company on being prompt and responsive. “Our customers like that we offer line-by-line estimates,” he says. “They know the exact cost of each part of the job. Being referred by a customer is the biggest compliment you can get.”
