Tampa homeowner impressed by plumber's quick response

Description of plumbing work: "We had a clogged drain on the lanai. I called Mike at 9:20 a.m.; he called back at 9:40 and arrived a few minutes after 11.

"He found the end of the drain outside the lanai, pulled a tree root out of the drain and flushed the drain clean. And he was finished by noon."

Member comments: "This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. He was courteous, quick, knew what he was doing and cleaned up when he was done. I've used him before and he's very competent, comes out quickly and has a great sense of humor.

"Prior to this, I didn't know where the drain emptied into the yard. Now I know. I got more than my money's worth. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing problem!"
