Nancy McCoy's thrilled over the new chill in her refrigerator. "My refrigerator stopped cooling on Thursday," McCoy says. "I called Scott [Jones, the owner] on Friday morning and he was able to come out that afternoon.
"He replaced the thermostat. Scott was very competent, his rates were reasonable and he even wiped out my freezer for me! I will definitely call him for any large appliance repairs in the future."
