COMPLAINT: Tricia Vander Woude, Mesquite, Texas
"I hired Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service to unclog my bathtub and toilet. Their technician explained what he was going to do and gave me the price for both. I approved the cost.
"He did get the toilet working; however, the tub was not fixed at all. When I called them back, they said there would be an additional charge for the work. I told them they were both supposed to be fixed, and they claimed that the tub would be extra."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like them to either come out and unclog my tub or refund half of the money I paid, since the quote was for both jobs at the time of service."
RESPONSE: Linda Davis, administrator supervisor, Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service
"We apologize for the inconvenience to this customer, and will unclog her tub and offer her a free gallon of bio rooter product for her drains."
STATUS: Resolved
COMPLAINT: Claudia Humphries, Fort Worth, Texas

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want to be reimbursed $135.31 for the service that was never realized."
