Scottsdale plumber limits wall demo and fixes leaky pipes
Published on November 1, 2009
Description of plumbing work: "I had serious plumbing problems, causing leaks inside the wall of my 60-year-old house. The drainage pipe to the sewer line was badly clogged, making everything back up.
"Randy [Vore, the owner], from Apple Plumbing, told me my original pipes were incompatible. There were shocking things inside those walls — pipes that were completely eaten up with corrosion and installed at the wrong height.
"Randy had to open up the wall in the kitchen and the bathroom, move the bathroom vanity and do extensive replumbing. Thanks to Randy's honesty and expertise, I didn't have to replace everything. The job ended up costing less than half of what I expected to pay."
Member comments: "Apple Plumbing got Randy out to my house within hours of my first phone call, on New Year's Eve, no less! He explained my options in detail, was patient and ingenious in dealing with the problems of old plumbing, and he worked very hard to keep costs as low as possible."
Jackson adds, "This referral paid for my Angie's List subscription for the whole year. Good plumbers are hard to find!"
