When submitting reports, please don’t stop at health care grades. Angie’s List wants all the details you think are pertinent to your health care experience.

For example:

• Was the staff helpful and courteous?

• Were the examination rooms clean and comfortable?

• Did the appointment allow enough time to address your concerns?

• Did the doctor explain things in a way you could understand?

• Did the physician (or office staff) follow up with you to determine if treatment was effective?

• What did you like least and most about the health care provider?

• What advice would you give to other members considering this provider?
